We only had a few of our riders at the UCI race this past weekend, but they all kicked some butt! Check it out:
Javier Colombo strengthened his points lead in Vet Pro with a 4th & a 1st.
Carly Jacobs pulled in with 2nd both days in the 10 girls class.
Zach Jacobs earned a 3rd & 4th in 9x.
Chase Hines turned pro for the 2012 season & placed 7th after a crash in his first A-Pro race.
Cole Accord didn’t get into the main events, but was BOOSTING the triples going into the 1st turn. Check the pic!
The SE Bikes freestyle BMX team have been on the road the last five days touring southern California. Master photographer Matt Lingo was on hand to shoot fresh new photos for the 2013 SE catalog, so keep on the lookout for that. Also, Dylan Pfohl was a part of the entire trip getting plenty of amazing footage. From ridiculous spots, ridiculous riding, Big Daddy, birthday spankings, punching bags, and much much more, you WILL NOT want to miss this edit. Keep your eyes peeled for all the goods!
We’ve finished 3 of the 5 days of the So Cal SE photo & video shoot & man, it’s been wild & wooly! Woodward West, Orange County, Luke Paralow’s yard, and Riverside skateparks & schools have all been handled in the first 3 days. We’re in San Diego now headed to the Ocean Beach skatepark. Day #4 is on!
Oh, and can’t forget the Kris Fox B-Day spankings last night @ Hooters….

We made a post a few days ago about Pat “Big Daddy” Laughlin heading down to Costa Rica for the 2012 Fise contest. With it being the first major BMX contest of the 2012 year, all the big names were on hand. Pat made it through prelims and into finals to ride under the lights of the parks course. The finals went off with everyone completely shutting the park down with next level tricks. After it was all said and done, Pat came back to the states with a 15th place in finals… SOLID!
Here is a photo of Big Daddy in the local Costa Rica news paper. We are really stoked on his solid start to the new year. Big Daddy gets into California on Thursday for the SE Bikes 2012 southern California team trip, so keep checking back for updates on that. Oh yeah, and in case you were wondering, yes that is a custom yellow Heavy Hitter he is on and yes it matches his Ferrari.
