Big Ripper 29"

$899.99
Description

The PK Ripper was the raddest, baddest, and most famous bike during the first BMX boom in the early 80s. Fast forward 40 years to today and now it’s the 29” Big Ripper that’s on top during the Big Bike BMX boom. This Big Ripper frame now comes equipped with an American bottom bracket and an OG seatstay wishbone plate just like the original PK Ripper. The 29” x 2.4” SE Bozack tires are just wide enough to give stability and cushion, but also roll extremely fast. Whether you are an old school BMX rider reliving your youth or a new school SE bike life rider raising it up, the Big Ripper is for you.

ALL THE GOLDS

Man, I love this black and gold Big Ripper! First the bike looks and performs great stock but my favorite thing to do is customize things and make them my own. So I’ve had a great time hanging out at the bike shop and talking to other people in person and online about different things they have done to their bike and upgrades that look and work the best. It’s a great bike and a great experience owning it. The first gold part I ordered didn’t match the golds on the bike and thats when I first paid attention that all the golds on the bike didn’t match. I then learned that gold hardly ever matches perfectly so I went with it and named the bike “All the Golds”! I love the way it turned out. Get one, ride it, and make it look like whatever you want it to look like!

Classic Black

This is my second SE bike. We now have 3 in the family. This bike is everything I wanted except for one detail which I am shocked SE did not catch! The Gold Anodized parts do not all match. The hub are a lighter gold then the rims. And the head set gold is way lighter ten all other gold. The neck and seat clamp look the perfect shade of gold! All other bikes seem to be color matched perfect in color. I know anodized is tough to match so I won't be a lil bitch about it! I just had to say I noticed.

Awesome bike.

I absolutely love this bike!!! It's beautiful and definitely a neck breaker. My only issue is that only after about a month and a half of use my bottom bracket is making noise. Other than that it's amazing.

The Big Boy Ripper

I stand just over 6'4", and come in just over 225 lbs. Ain't NO BMX bike set up to handle a person my size comfortably. Until NOW.
PK Rippers were always the sh*t when I was a kid, and if you ask me, they take it even one step further and raise the bar about 6 notches with the Big Ripper. This bike rides like a dream. I'm tellin' you it's so fast and smooth, you won't understand why everyone isn't riding these. When I first stood up on the pedals and gave it a few cranks, I couldn't believe how fast I was moving, and it just glides silently on well balanced hubs that are as smooth as silk. Highly recommend you test ride one before you consider anything else. Thank You SE, for making a bike so fun and sweet to ride again. - Woobs
