My name is Ezra and my hometown is Stockton. My age is eleven.
How did you get into bike life?
My brother got a bike when he was, like, 16 and my dad got me a bike on my seventh birthday. My dad was the one that taught me how to do wheelies.
How did you meet Damon Dayton?
I was riding near a store, and then Damon just popped out. He told my dad, “There’s these rideouts.” And, every Sunday we went. It was just the Sunday Fun Days. My favorite thing is just having fun and talking to different people.
Who takes care of your social media?
My mom does. She's the one that's on it. But my dad does record for me.
How many followers do you have?
I have 90K on Instagram currently.
Who is your riding crew?
My riding crew is my dad and sometimes my brother-in-law.
What is your favorite SE bike?
My favorite bike is the Fat Quad right now, because I just got it for getting on the team.
Did you have any idea you were going to join the team on this trip?
I came to Huntington Beach, and I just thought it was like a regular photo shoot. I was just going to take some pictures. And I ended up getting on the team. It was really cool.
Were you surprised?
I saw people with cameras out and I was like, “Why does everybody have their camera out?” I was like, "Who is getting sponsored?” But everybody was basically sponsored there. Todd Lyons was like, “Welcome to the team.” And I was like, “Oh my God!”
How does being sponsored make you feel?
Being sponsored makes me want to ride more because it makes me want to work harder.
What do you like to do when you ride?
When I ride, I mostly just try and learn something new every time. It's just like, I want to learn more different stuff.
What is a good tip to help people get better at riding?
One of the best ways to get better is just watch other people's clips and just study them.
What would you be doing if you didn’t find bike life?
If I didn't find bikes, I don't know what I would be doing right now.
