The Hundreds x SE Bikes

"No Shades of Grey" in this Legendary Collab

In 2009, SE teamed up with The Hundreds to produce the first-ever 26" PK Ripper Looptail. The Hundreds is a "community-based streetwear brand and media platform with an emphasis on People Over Product." They've done many high-profile collabs, and we were stoked to create this limited edition bike with them. Only 300 of these individually-numbered bikes were produced, and Bobby Hundreds wrote on their website, "This is one of my personal favorite portfolio pieces for The Hundreds. The design concept was simple, to reflect The Hundreds’ recurring theme of DRAWING LINES, the stark contrast between black and white, whether straight-up monochromatic colors or a metaphor for social and philosophical issues. NO SHADES OF GREY HERE."

Design Time

The Hundreds brought some really cool ideas to this project like The Hundreds JAGS design throughout, including the seat and padset. The "SE Ripping" logo was also used on two shirts as part of the collab.
