Happy 50th to BMX!

HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY BMX! From USABMX: Fifty years ago to the day! It was on Thursday, July 10, 1969 in Santa Monica, CA - when Palms Park superintendent Ron Mackler noticed a bunch of local kids scramblin' around the dirt paths of the park. He gathered them up, and the first organized BMX races were held. Today, we celebrate those kids who, fifty years ago, created this Great Sport that we all Love. BMX is in our blood!
