Direct Shipment Return Policy

All Item(s) must be in new, unassembled, unused condition and with all original packaging, hangtags, and parts. Once your returned item is received, SE will review the product and issue refunds accordingly. If the item you returned is not in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hangtags and parts, then the item being returned is considered used. SE will contact you and has the option to ship the product back to you or adjust your refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned. 

SE does not accept used items for returns unless there is a warranty issue.

SE does not offer exchanges.  

Returns on orders shipped to SE retailers are at the retailers discretion. Please contact your SE retailer for their individual return policy.

To return an item:

  1. Please email customerservice@sebikes.com for a Return Ticket Number.
  2. Once we receive your return request, we’ll generate a return label and email it to you. You will need to print out the return label and adhere it to the package you are returning.
  3. Please print and complete the SE No-Sweat Return Form PDF linked below and include it with your package.
  4. After you adhere your return label to your package, drop the shipment at the closest FedEx hub/agent near you.
  5. Once your return has been received by SE Bikes, we will review the return and issue a credit to the original payment method you used less return shipping cost: $75 for bikes, $9 for soft goods, parts, and accessories. Credits typically appear on your account 7-14 days after SE receives the return.

PLEASE NOTE: This return policy applies to direct shipments from SEBIKES.com. Items returned MUST be returned unused in new condition with all manufacturer’s packaging included. Please package your returns carefully, as we will not accept returns that show signs of assembly, use, or damage.

Warranty Issues

If you believe your SE product has a warranty issue, please contact us by using the warranty request form, or by sending an email to customerservice@sebikes.com. Full terms and conditions are available on our website.



Ship-To-Store Return Policy

Bicycles can be returned at time of pick-up only. After leaving the store with your assembled bicycle the sale is final.

All items refunded will include the total value of the item plus applicable sales taxes charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. It is up to the seller you purchased from to initiate the return. Please maintain your order confirmation number and receipt as this is required to initiate a return.

For Ship-to-Store returns and exchanges a $35 restocking fee for large items requiring assembly is applied.
