SE Online Return Policy
SE Parts and Accessories Returns:
- Item(s) must have been purchased from SEBIKES.com.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in, new, unused condition with the original packaging.
- Refund will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction.
How to Process a Return

- Pack the item(s) to be returned with a note for reason of return and ship to SE Bikes, 1536 N. American St. Philadelphia PA 19122. SE recommends you use a shipping service that offers tracking numbers such as FedEX, UPS or registered USPS. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Once SE receives your return, we will issue a credit to the original payment method you used. Credits typically appear 4-10 days after SE receives the return.
- SE does not offer exchanges.
SE Bike Returns for Ship To Store Orders
- Ship to Store bike orders can be returned at time of pick-up only and is at the discretion of the dealer you are picking the bike up from.
- The dealers in store return policy supersedes the return policy of SEBIKES.com.
- Bike refunds will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction less shipping cost & $35 restocking fee.
- After leaving the store with your assembled bicycle the sale is final.
